During the design phase, Ms. Ranney works in conjunction with the lead architect assisting in scheduling of technical reviews, contract documents such as plans and specifications, and review of bidding documents. Close coordination and project planning are the focus at this stage of review.

Ms. Ranney monitors the Contract awards, construction, project scheduling, shop drawing logistics, timely submission of documents, contractor payments, and schedules. This data is all recorded into a computerized database for quick referral.

Upon completion of the project, Ms. Ranney ensures that all aspects of contractual documentation are complete and readily available for access during the warranty period.

Ms. Ranney is also the client contact and assists in processing all requests for information and scheduling.
